I received the copies of statements on Saturday in a ridiculous 38 envelopes! It took me an hour just to open them and put the statements in order!

I have now gone through them and the Halifax owe me a whopping £4750.63! No wonder I've been skint for years.

I am sending the letter today so fingers crossed!

Good luck, I will be watching with interest as it's roughly that amount they owe me (still waiting for another 2 yrs statements though!)

Just remember that if you get to completing a moneyclaim be careful of adding interest and costs. You dont want to go over the £5k
