Hello All,
I've just received all the information about the charges levied by Lloyds TSB
over the last 6 years and records of my phone calls to them(THEY WERE A LAUGH! -I was not a happy chappie).I am now going to apply for my money back but am unsure of how to calculate interest accrued is there a spreadsheet which will work this out for you??
hi yarpa, welcome aboard. Firstly make sure you read the FAQ's and as many threads (especially the longer/settled ones) as you can. Knowledge is power!!!!
As to the interest, there is a spreadsheet, but you can only claim the interest on amounts where their charges took you overdrawn. It is very difficult to calculate, and quite frankly the amount usually tends to be so small that people don't bother. You don't calculate the 8% until court stage. Good luck with your claim.
Regards
the train of thought has left the station, hope i was on the right platform!!

Just completing my spreadsheet now.I notice I have been charged £25 for an overdraft usage fee(2001) when previously it was only £5(2000-2001) is this a mistake and can I claim it and all service fees?
