I used to have a mortgage with SPML and it was hell tried to take our home for us twice??? anyway moved mortgage in January this year THANK GOD.... but the charges that we occured were terrible also had to pay over £6000 to come from them...early penaltys... i cannot find any letters posted to send to them, as i don't really know what to say? i have found a few staements from them but not all.. shall i request statements from the 2 and a half years we were with them? do i have a chance in hell getting anything back from them as we nearly lost the lot.... still not well enough to go back to work due to stress anyway thanks in advance
