    Default moneyclaim problems

    Hi folks
    about to send our moneyclaim on line
    but like many I suppose I am worried that its contents are totally correct.
    We are well below the 1080 characters but something feels wrong.
    Can someone advise please.

    have you used one of the templates? and included your schedule of charges? Dont forget the ammount you are claiming should now include the interesticon @ 8%
    apart fromthat click that button an go 4 it!

    we used the guidance notes left by bankfodder
    and tweeked them a bit to make sure we had enough space.
    charges and 8% have been added ,so what ya saying
    is thats enough and go get a&l.

    I used the templates and had to tweak a bit to get it all in! But it worked and 11 days later - today! - I got a cheque back for the full amount!! You will get an acknowledgement from A & L stating they are going to contest the full amount.... just ignore it! Soon after that you cheque will appear!!! good luck! grit your teeth and go for it!!!

    Have you got the bank account number, amounts, quoted the necessary Acts etc? If so you should be alright.

    When the Liberals and Conservatives were in opposition they both agreed that banks should pay back high bank charges to customers. Nothing seems to of happened since they came into power as a coalition. PPI insurance has been sorted now they should turn their attention to bank charges and help customers get exorbitant charges refunded.
