    Default statements received not all there!!!

    Hi all, received letters today from Juliet Hayes (case manager) with statementsbut only for two years. the letter says please find enclosed confirmation of charges to your account for the period which our charge system does not cover. it has a contact number if this doesn't meet my requirements but i am now unsure what i need to do ...with the statements i can access on the computer and the two years they have sent i only have three years to go through. Can i request the other years or does this mean they havn't got them..should i ring the number given and ask for the others???

    They should have details on your account going back at least 6 yearsicon. When I received my statements following SARicon request they went back to 30/01/99.

    I would write back and ask for the whole lot, and remind them of the original 40 day limit

    The statements were for 2000/2001 and i can get the last year on the computer its just all the ones between. My husbands came through exactly the same with the same letter. i havent seen this reply before on any posts i've read. We even have the same case manager.the letter reads as follows

    I write further to our recent correspondence acknowledging your letter requesting details of charges.

    As requested please find enclosed confirmation of charges applied to your account.
    For the period, which our charge system does not cover, i have enclosed statements.
    I trust this meets your requirements. If you would like to discuss this please call me on ***** ******

    The print out of charges they have sent is for the years that they havent sent statements for so is this the new procedure or should i still request original statements????

    Im not great with figures or paperwork but wont let them put me off

    Hiya

    Did you receive a sheet(s) with a full list of all charges for the period for which you are claiming?

    If you did then that is all you will need, however if you didn't or you want the full information you will need to go onto the next letter in the library for non compliance of DPA.
