As this was private car-park. Just ignore. "photos have been taken". OK they have a pretty picture of your car but no picture of the driver. Even if they have, unless they have a picture data-base of everyone in the country they still can't identify who the driver was.

no ppc has ever taken anyone to court for an excess invoice

the cases that have gotten there [about 3]

have all been on people that never brought a ticket at all.

they are also very suspect with various rumours these people taken to court were 'related' to the person doing it

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Hi Again. had the usual next letter but whereas all other have said may take action this one say WILL take action. is this just a new method or will they prosecute. thanks Matt

They can not prosecute you no matter what, it is a civil matter. The"may" has not worked so they could be trying the "we will" however I would lay odds that it will be "we wont".

They might put "definitely, definitely will" next time. Don't worry until you get one which says "we're definitely, without doubt, certainly going to, and that's a promise".

Jamberson, I am disappointed do you mean you would except a promise from these people?
