The Analyst v RBOS - Result!!! (a lot earlier than expected too)
Hi all,
I'm claiming a total of £2466 in charges and interest from Royal Bank of Scotland and to have a default removed, I sent in the initial request for repayment on 11/08/2006 which they never replied to as of the 26/08/2006 so I send in the "letter before action" on the 29th ....
low and behold I get a letter from them this morning thanking me for my letter dated the 11/08/2006 and offering me £1315 in Full and final settlement and "without any admission of error or liability".
I'm suprised they have not tried to fob me off at all? is this normal???
