    Default me against the woolwich???

i have just been wafted in this direction by wondrfull money saving martin and as i have now sent off my data protection letter ( the first one not up on the abbrevs yet) i have also drafted one to our previous bank. i know people who are doing or who have done this but seriously is it just as easy as asking for it back ( even if you have to ask hard and threaten court - am well prepared to go to court if i need to) can it really be that easy? im probably pre programmed to think that as it was me who went over the overdrafticon i deserve the charges. dont get me wrong ill fight and ill take the money but i feel just a teeny bit guilty about it....

I guess some of us (me for sure) have been a bit guilty of mismanaging our money at times, however the banks have exploited this with their unlawful practice for far too long. Thankfull the time has come for the CUSTOMER to fight back.

I wouldn't exactly describe the process as easy, you have to be patient, be prepared for bank scare tactics and know that ultimately you must be fully prepared to go to court, however the law is on our side and statistics show that if you follow the tried and tested methods, you will get your money back.
