I am already two months into one claim with Abbeybut I have another account which was £310 overdrawn so decided to try a phone call
before starting sending the letters.
I wasn't expecting much to come of the call but after being put on hold for 5 mins the lady refunded all of my charges (all of which were unpaid).
She did however repeat on numerous occassions that the charges were lawful but then refunded the money anyway so think what you like of that!
Has this happened to anybody else?
