Prelim sent 19th July
lba sent 9th August


No response from either !

What to do ? Think I will send another (stronger) LBA as I just don't have the funds to enter a claim yet......

Statements arrived and have decided to claim contractual interest - therefore I am sending a second lba giving 7 days, and then will make a claim in court.

My initial letters were for all charges to be refunded. The havent bothered to reply to either.

Total actual charges are £892.00

Interest at 18.9%.

Kind of doubles it.

So they can stick this in their pipes

damn havent heard anything so will be completing my court claim for this account with contractual interest tomorrow.

Good luck i'll be doing the same when my statements arrive from them.

hmmm well got a bit side tracked so sent a second lba last week which I have received a response to today saying errr N0.

Amount claimed £1800 inc contractual interest @ 18.9%

Claim will be submitted via N1 on 16th March.

I was wondering if you've received any pm's from me to add my court case to the litigation section. I not to sure if it's you i need to send them to or not. Also in the aq section D what are people putting down under the "witness to which facts" part.

If you can help it would be much appreciated

Thanks Karnevil i new i was doing something wrong as i pm'ed it 5 times. the question i was asking about is the box in section D with two headings above it and is for non expert witnesses, the headings are "Witness" and "witness to what fact". i've put myself down under the "witness" heading but what fact do i put under the "witness to what fact heading"
