Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.

Today I have received a letter from DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary who act for the Abbey... They are preparing the bank's response. They have noted that I am claiming the sum of £333.07 but also want to know about the £18.19 I have added (8% interest) . Apparently I have not provided details as to how this figure was calculated.
Could some one let me know what they have sent back to respond? Also the 8% increases the longer it goes on so do I recalculate it and advise them of the increase?
