I sent the request form to my branch requesting a list of transactions, I sent it by recorded delivery. Would it be an idea to phone to confirm that they received it?
if it was sent recorded just pop to post office and they will tell you. also on your recorded receipt i think you should find a web link to check online. hope this helps and good luck
