i am taking my bank to court and have made the applciation and its been acknowledged. They couldnt supply my details due to the microfische issue too but fortunately i had about 4 years worth of statements - i am claiming almost 5k and its not just the money but the world had gone mad. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer - i am staking my claim by being a pain the rear for one thing and i do not need a solicitor for common sense about being ripped off. The Abbey like all the others are milking us dry and getting fat on the back of us.
