Thread: 105 pound out tomorrow

My last statement had 105 pounds worth of charges on (shabbey) and those charges are due to go out tomorrow. Ive just phoned them now to see what will happen if theres not 105 pound in the account to pay it and she said,ill be charged 20 pound more for going into an unauthorised overdraft and then charged at the unauthorised overdraft rate til i get out of it.I asked her to scrub the charges and reeled of the speel of the fact theyre illegal bla bla. She gave me the T&C bla bla and offered to up my OD to £1450 so i wont incur charges from the charges.I told her to do that and that i'd be in touch to start proceedings to get my money back as i know what theyre doing is illegal. They jsut dont wanna let up do they. What does she think ill do,accept it?? she shud know i WILL get this money back so she may aswell of give me it there and then


This is not the first time ive been charged and i recon Abbey have taken at least 1000 pound from me unlawfully so i think a claim is definately needed
