received statements from rbos

I have just received past statements. How on earth do you work out what they owe? I have multiple charges of £25 ,£20 referral charges ,card misuse £20 ,unpaid items £30 , and numerous charges ranging from £3.01 to £15.44 .For some reason I cannt download spreadsheet. Can anyone out there please tell me how to calculate moey owed? Thank you all for your help and good luck with your own quest.

I just got my statements too.
What I did was went through all the statements and underlined any charges I thought i might be able to reclaim (basically anything over £15 for me), I then put these pages in a seperate pile.
Then, I went through them all again and made sure I hadn't underlined any Royalties charges, or deducted the Royalties charge from the amount.
I then got the spreadsheet

filled it out as instructed, and bingo, got my total.
Don't ask me about the interest icon

stuff though, I couldn't work it out so just missed that bit.
