    Default a&l moneyclaim query

    Hello folks,when do I send in my
    moneyclaim form to the courts.
    My other half reckons its 14 days after the lbaicon is this correct?

    The time is up when you say it is in your letter to the bank. Assuming you are using the schedule advised on this site then the LBA time is up after 14 days.

    From experience, I would wait 2 or 3 more working days and then do the "moneyclaim" input. The reason for this is that if A&L send you full payment on the the 14th day, the payment and your Moneyclaim could "cross" and could mean that you are stuck with the court fee without a way of claiming it back.
    It is very unlikely that this could happen if your act slightly outside the schedule you have given the bank.

    I have not see any evidence of this in the threads on this site but it did happen to me some time ago on a claim.
