    Default My Dad VS Barclaycard

I started for my Dad and so sent the prelim letter asking for the money back, around the £250 mark. Anyway, they have since replied saying they offer something like £115, something about the difference from the charges and the £12 the OFT have said is ok.

Now i know the OFT have not said this is Ok, Merely the stage where they wont interfere or something. I now have to send a lbaicon but how would i word my fisrt part. I was thinking about :

I thank-you for your letter dated 19 August 2006. I do accept your offer of £115 as part-payment only. I will be taking the next steps to claim back the amount in full as already described in my previous letter dated.....

    ??What do you think.

That's fine. They'll probably withdraw the offer and you claim the full amonut at moneyclaim.
