Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
The OFT ruling only applied to penalty fees and as such the cash advance fees are service charges and therefore not included in the realm of the OFT report. I am in the process of trying to claim these back but I am using the case that Citi Cards cannot explain the rates of intertest or what they pertain to so they are not fair under the UTCCR as the legal compenet to support my claim. If you read the advice on the site you should not and cannot claim these.
