    Wink Welch v Woolwich

Well We followed the letter template in the libraries and sent it to Barcleys that was the address on our statements.

We then got a letter from Barcleys that I was designed to make us give up I think as it made no sence and said the same thing 3 times in 13 lines of text. (Yet another tree gone due to the banks) (That was on the 24/08/06)

Today the 25/08/06 we got a standard letter from the Woolwich that basiicly says "We are dealing with your complaint" God don't you love these people they send you a computer genrated letter with 2 other pages of stuff about what they are gonna do and how they gonna do it.

Well thats about it for now, Will keep people updated on progress. But just remember Keep at them don't let them have your money, They get enough of anyway.

Went into the woolwich yesterday and started Closing Accounts as we have 3 accounts with them. The Casheir gave some interseting information. Manual Intervention costs banks around 2-3p a time. So if anybody is having probs with this then just tell em as they will try to lie there way out of it.
