    Didn't work for me either until I spotted an extra character in the email address of a reply sent to someone on this site. I tried it and it worked. Here is the correct email address for the Bank of Scotlandicon (BoS)

    I phoned and asked for adress for Data Protection Manager and was given:

    Details of my claim so far!!!
    DPA sent recorded delivery 14/06/06
    Received letter of acknowledgement 24/06/06
    However received only 1 years statement 26/06/06
    Phoned bank advised that rest of statement will be sent in 7 days

    I sent mine to Card services Pitrreavie Buisiness Park Dunfermiline KY994BS

    on the 8th of June and by the wonders of royal mail and the internet it was recieved on the 12th june and signed for (i have proof of signatureicon and a copy of aforesaid /time delivered at above address, wonderful thing recorded track & trace). So i will wait for their reply.....still 40 days is a long time..
