Still Waiting RBOS

I sent my first letter along with a cheque on 11th August, and still have not heard anything, how long did you wait for your bank statements????

Phone head office and ask for the Retail Regulatory Risk department, they'll be able to tell you if they've received anything and how it's progressing.

thanks Seaweasel, can you tell me where the head office is, I have looked on the contact details and there are quite a few numbers, which is the best one to call

Head office is the St Andrew's Square, Edinburgh address. My branch gave me this number when they lost my SAR icon

The department itself is actually based somewhere else in Edinburgh but I don't thin I have a direct number for them.
