£30 bank charge letter received today. What should i do?
I'm reading the postings with interest and debating whether to join in and claim for past charges. That said, what should i do about my latest charge? Phone/write to customer services and say what? That £30 is too much according to 1999 Consumer Credit Act? What do i say to them to justify my not wanting to pay the whole charge?

What is there to debate? You have been charged in the past, they are unlawful charges so follow the procedure everone has been following and get your money back.
