Sent off Data Protection Act letter on 14th July received statement 10th August.
Calculated charges and sent off request for payment letter on15th August.
Received acknowledgement within 2 days assuring me that "I am investigating the matter fully and I will contact you with my findings within 5 working days".

Had a reply from prelim with an offer of £94 which they are crediting to my account.total of my claim comes to a total of £312 + interest with a further £40 from my recent statement.sent off my lba last week.
I sent of request for payment on 11th Sept for £92 and received reply on 22nd offering £10. That's how much it cost to get the statements - maybe they will be returning my own PO. Needless to say lba is going off tomorrow.
Sent off my lba today i though id already done it but couldn't find a copy of it in my file so just to make certain i sent it. Keep me posted on how you get on.
Creation must have recieved my lba Cause they rang me at work today asking for me to call them back. I didn't. I didn't think they were supposed to call you at your place of employment
Sent off a "Response to Settlement" letter and received a second letter from Creation (JJB account) on 29th September offering me the balance of £82. £92 in total which was what I was asking for. Just waiting for the cheques now.
I also had a USC account with them. lba sent off for £744.10. Received an offer of £95. Needless to say "response to settlement" letter is going off on Monday.

Yet another call from creation today leaving a message asking me to call them back. Yet again i haven't replyd as this is proberley another way to fob me off.
Just had another call from creation wanting to know if i was rejecting the offer of £94 which of corse i said yes. She advised me that they would send out response to this in a letter tonight.Time now for me to file my n1 i think.unless the offer is for the response letter is offering the full amount.
Juat had a call from Creation legal dept adviseing that a letter was sent on 10th Oct which i have not yet recieved refunding £334 all the charges, I will check the balance & then Ill have to cancel my court claim Ive already posted in litigation section .Opps!!!! & have just checked my balance over the phone & its correctWhat a result Eh!!!!
I also got cheques in settlement for both JJB and USC (Creation). Although they had reduced the USC sum slightly because I had included interest charges which I shouldn't have - an acceptable result.
They also told me that my cards had been cancelled but as I had cut them up at the end of last year it is no hardship.

Depends what interest you added - if it was interest you calculated that had been charged on charges then you are entitled to claim this back too - I'm gonna re-issue my prelim letter & claim compound contractual interest on all my charges
