Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Strart by reading the FAQ's and the step by step and this will be a good start and follow the Info on here and you will be fine.
Spend a few days reading the forums and the one for your bank and you will see how this all works and how others have delt with this and the banks.
When your ready start your own thread in your banks forum and keep everyone updated on how you are doing.

Have just got back from holiday and i have recieved a letter from the bank and is says that "the bank does not agree with your contention that the charges that have been imposed consitute a penalty and therefore unenforceable."
it also says " if you are not satisfied with the banks response you should now refer your complaint tot he finacial Ombudsman service, as this represent our final response on this matter"
