Help Just Received Abbey's Defence

Hi All

I have just received Abbeys defence today which seems to be pretty banal stating that I was aware of terms and conditions icon

and they refute my claim. This was accompanied by a letter offering me half my claim plus costs and interest icon

if I drop the claim. Does anyone know how much work I will need to put in to the allocation questionnaire icon

is this simple? Does anyone know what my chances are at this stage of recouping the full ammount?

My impression is that you are likley to recoup all your charges.

I have not taken note of the Breakdown icon

of other peoples claims I will be adding contractual interest icon

and I dont see any reason why this should not be viewed the same way by the banks in the end.
