    Hi All

    Stage 1 Data letter sent took them 36 days to send info
    Stage 2 Both claim letters for £3800 sent
    Reply from bank is "as a sign of good faith on behalf of the bank we will refund £1000!
    Guiess what i said no
    Got phone callicon yesterday upping this offer to £1700 for Full and finalicon settlement!

    Sending them letter to say no today!
    Will keep you posted, now where are the county courticon forms and a letter sample to report them for non complience to OFT?
