    hi all,
    I am helping a friend claim her charges back from Natwesticon I am a couple of steps ahead of her in sueing Barclaysicon. Where does she send her request for payment Letter? I sent mine to my local branch and every thing got to the right people. can she send hers to her branch?

    b.t.w dont know if you saw news 24 NAT WEST are going to court over charges saying its not illegal, they make ya sick £28 for a letter that costs £2 to send . good look i won £750 on friday .

    hum its one transaction written to a database and a single line of print on a statement that is not £2.00 try more like 20 pence
