Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Sorry to but in on this thread, but after taking your combined advice I contacted MBNA & Tesco and requested my credit agreement, MBNA have sent theirs - a photocopy that after re reading this thread I will be looking at & tescos have sent nothing except a red letter demand from a debt collection agency, my questions is, what should I do? is it best to ring the agency or is there follow up letter I should send both them & Tesco finance? THanks for the help, mod's please move this if it's in the wrong place.
