I have just sent off the Data Access letter today. I noticed in another thread that Barclacard have tried to lean on the "readily accessible" bit in the Data Protection Act to limit the amount of data they send but it seems to me that they immediately shot themselves in the foot by offering to send the supposedly inaccessible data for £3 a page.
If it is accessible at £3 per page then it is accessible for the purposes of the DPA.
Some nice innocent fun to come I think.
