Goodwill Gesture 2 Days B4 Deadline! What next?

Hi,

Sorry to start a new thread icon

for this but need some advice.

The A&L have offered me around a third of my claim, two days before the 14 day deadline. Should I write back and reject it, or go straight to Moneyclaim?

Reject it. They're taking the p*ss only offering 33% of what you are claiming.

File the moneyclaim.

They have taken your money unlawfully and you want it back.
Remember IT'S YOUR MONEY not theirs.

Does this mean they are finally getting the message that they cant get out of it?? Trying to save money by makin offers as early in the game as this?

Be careful of seeing this as the winning of the war. The banks may be starting to see the end of the track for the gravy train of their unlawfull charges but I suspect that at some point it will trigger a reaction. It is unlikely that they will give up the eye-watering profits that easily.
