Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
After contacting the oft about Lloyds with regards to a case of irresponsible lending. They have suggested that they will only take up a case against Lloyds if I can show them that Lloyds have acted in this manner on a number of occasions.
Therefore I am asking you all for your help, if you have been a victim of Lloyds irresponsible lending practices or know of someone who has. Then send me an e-mail with the details of your story and I will forward them all back to the OFT as evidence for a case against Lloyds behaviour. The more evidence they are presented with the better our chances.
Remember Lloyds have preyed upon the vulnerable for many years and only now do they take the moral high ground on lending to save their own skins. If together we can prove that their collective behaviour has been irresponsible the oft will be more likely to take up the case.
Spread the word.
