    Almost 2 months now and nothing in response to my S.A.R - (Subject access requesticon).

    lbaicon / Non-Compliance template 3 in the post tomorrow. Cheeky beggers cashed the cheque at end of August.

    Still no response from them.
    I also rang up just over a week ago, tried to get into my account online but my email and house address have changed - I did write to them informing them of my address change.
    The guy on the phone had the new address on file and said he would send out a temporary password to my new address - he sent it to the old address - DPA Breach !!!!!!!
    Thats 2 strikes - now going to write to the IC.

    Hi Martin,

    had the same situation. As the deadline date approached I called them up. They were Grovel, Grovel, sorry, sorry. we are working on it.

    Made them aware that if I didnt recevie statements within 7 days I would start court action. (This was Friday 10.11.06)

    Guess what landed on my dorr step this morning!!!

    Halifax - Case being held by Court. £800
    Halifax Visa - 1st Request, Awaiting response. £800 + removal of default notice.

    Natwest - LBA - £800.

    Not posted for some time in here,

    Received the statements (2 copies by seperate post) around the 8th November.
    Sent them a prelim in Mid December giving 14 days.
    Went on hols for 2 weeks and today received letter stating that they are refunding me the £139.64
    This is made up of £85 charges and £54.64 in interesticon:o

    Still waiting on a response re the DP breaches
