Default Hell and can you help ?

    Hi All,

Ive been told about this site by a friend of mine and thought id have a look (2 hrs ago) I'm now hooked. There a few questions id like to ask, if anybody could help me it would be much appreciated.

    1) can you phone the banks/building societies and request your 6 year statement/charges ? I also have internet banking can you request through this ?

    2) I'm having trouble finding the right address for the bank/credit companies, tsb, bank of scot, Abbeyicon, Halifaxicon, Capital Oneicon etc. There seems to be more than one address and I'm a bit confused which one to send it to.

Sorry for sounding dumb but I'm not the greatest when it comes to documents etc etc so any help will be much appreciated.

    Kind Regards

    Dino

    Howdy.
    1) You probably can request the items by phone, however if you do this you really won't have any come back if they just don't bother doing it.
You should send a letter recorded Delivery, so they can never deny getting the letter as it would have been signed for. You can find sample letters to send in the templates libraryicon.
Failing that, and you really don't want to do it by post, you can go into a local branch / office and request it there, be sure to get something signed however so you have proof that you did make the request and it was acknowledged.

    2) You should just send anything off to your local branch, if you have one, if not do a search on Google for their Head Office. I don't think it really matters either way, it should be forwarded onto whoever needs it anyway if you do send it to the wrong place.

The templates library is here : http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...lates-library/
