WOW!!! I got my statements through today and after calculating the charges etc over the past 6 yrs on my account I have been charges £5,010.50 I'm in a bit of a quandry now as to my next step as I believe the small claims court is for £3000 or less? Any suggestions please? Feeling really sick with anger as to the ammounts they have charged me so would appreciate any help from anyone?

The limit is 5000, I would take of your last charge and save it for your next claim! Don't worry about any interest as you can go over that figure with the extras. Send of your LPA attaching a schedule of charges - and more importantly keep us informed! t.
