Useless letters from the Complaints Department
Hi,
I have just received a second nothing letter form the Complaints Department. I sent of my initial request for information, with a follow up letter after I received the Microfiche argument letter and now that their time has elapsed I sent the 7-days to comply notification letter, I have now received a letter from the Complaints Department which starts
As you know, we are currently investigating your complaint that you raised with Abbye four weeks ago (WHICH IS RUBBISH AS IT's NOW TWO MONTHS)... Our research is taking longer than expected because we want to make sure a full investigation is done (BLAH BLAH BLAH)... we will write to your again in four weeks time to letyou know how we are getting on... BLAH BLAH
Has anyone else received this utter rubbish and does anyone have any suggestions - I am thinking that I should just go ahead with the legal proceedings talked about in other threads.
Any advice would be appreciated. I want to get the full amount from them which I reckon to be 4-5K so I want to wait until they have sent me all the details I have requested.
