Oooopps I made a booby. I filed moneyclaim on line this morning instead of going to my local county court. Obviously the particulars of claim needed tweeking so I shortened it to suit. I originally had £10 Data Protection Act fee but omitted that in the particualars on line. Now the amount claimed is £10 out. will it matter? Do you think legal department will just ammend it? I am not too fussed on losing the £10 I just don't want it to be delayed any more than it has too. Rung money claim up and they weren't too helpful. the suggested cancelling claim and reissue at another £250 expense. I dont think it is worth it for £10. What should I do?
I would not worry too much.

hi i am just a step ahead of you. cobblers will file a defence at the very last min they did it to me this week the bxxxxxds, never fear though Bigcol has an excellent thread on this i used it to submit my response to them yesterday. They will ask you loads of questions like account name!!! etc. just read bigcols thread this will guide you through very easily. keep
