Prelim letter going out recorded delivery today for all illegal charges levied from May 2004. Pondering a letter about microfiche and the DPA but need to read all the authorities in a bit more depth.
16/9/06 - letter received offering 'goodwill' payment of difference between charges and £12, to be credited to my accounts - both of which are closed. Rejection letter sent today stating action will continue on my timetable.
