Just about to start claim against Lloyds TSB (Need support!)
Hi...
Im just about ready to start my claim . Ive filled in the spreadsheet and written my asking for it back letter. I am claiming for my charges for past 5 years! Totalling over £4000. I dont know if I should send spreadsheet including 8%apr or if this is just for court claim when it gets that far!
I have butterflies in my stomach and need some support ... this is a scary moment!!!!

Don't send the spreadsheet yet... You can send it once you file your claim and most probably it wil get to that stage but don't worry... 99.99% they will not attend the court hearing or they will settle much before the hearing date is set.
Keep us posted.
Re: Just about to start claim against Lloyds TSB (Need support!)
Hello Jooles,
I'm currently doing a claim for just over £2500 with Lloyds.
My first letter was asking for a copy of my charges going back for 6 years which cost me £10.00. I then worked out my charge amount for this period of time and have added the intrest on top. My second letter was then to Lloyds TSB saying that the amounts they have take have been unlawful and that I want this amount paid back. I sent them a copy of my typed up spread sheet with intrest. They then wrote back saying 'no', so I sent another one saying that if they did not contact me and agree within 14 days then I would claim through the small claimes.
I have now done that, which cost £120, but they have put in a defence, so the hearing has been sent to my local Court. This has cost a further £100 and I am awaiting a letter now.
I say go for it, and if you need any cover letters don't hesitate to contact me.

Not really sure the relevence of this thread anymore as it was first started almost 10 months ago - ron123 and Rachael - really is best if you start your own threads - you will get a much better response that way.
