have just finished my SAR to Bank of Scotland reqyesting list of charges from a hire purchase agreement i had with them which i ended after 2 years rather than pay a final payment or take a new car.everthing was up to date and legally binding my solicitor sorted it all out but on a recent credit search they have put a default notice on file so im coming for them and wanting any fees they charged me and a removal of the default notice from my credit file will keep you all updated.
