Hi, I'm new and wondered if anyone could please help me get to grips with what I'm saying in my claim against the Clydesdale Bank.
They've charged me £25 for a paypalcharge which came out of my bank a couple of days before I got paid, resulting in me being overdrawn by about £30. I understand that the reason the charges are illegal is that they exceed the amount the breach of contract has actually cost the bank, so am I arguing that all they could have lost in this case was the interest
lost over the couple of days before the account was replenished?
Sorry for being dim, I'm not very good with financial matters!
