    Very interested in this, as I've gone through my 1997 statements etc. and unlawful charges come to around £700.

    Just doing this exercise has caused me problems as I'm on here at 00:27 and just want to find out more information.

    what about claiming as far back as you can, as long as its under £5000 so that you keep it in a small claims court. Just a thought! Can anyone shed some light.
