    Default Payment Protection

I have 4 credit agreements with HFC Bank and am just about to send off the prelims , however I have noticed that I have been paying payment protection on 2 of them.
I wasnt aware that I had actually taken it out , I phoned customer services and cancelled it but wondered if there is any chance of claiming this back ?

    It amounts to £500+

could I add it to my claim for bank charges that I have already worked out ?

    Default Re: Payment Protection

You would probably have to ask them for a copy of a signed agreement as proof of you asking for this insurance. If they can't provide it then I would have thought that you can claim it back.
