    Default BOS A friend for life!

    Just an update

    Wrote to BOS asking why I recieved no replys to my letters....Got a letter back from Paul Simpson Customer care manager (your joking)

    Stated that they had recieved no previous letters from me and they would not be giving my charges back, totalling £600!

    "as charges levied against your account are within the terms and conditionsicon of Halifaxicon accounts, we will not be refunding these charges"

    This letter was in a A4 brown envelope, my name and address was covering the whole envelope, I take this as a little dig yes I have complained!

    Any comments?

    just keep going. You sent everything recorded? You have proof they recieved? Either way, they got the letter they replied to. Follow the system.
