    Hi Tony
Did you send an SARicon using a template from the library here, and did you send it recorded?
    Have they cashed the cheque?

You could phone and ask them!
Or you could send them a letter with a copy of your first letter and tell them you already sent them a cheque.
Maybe someone just messed up - they are bound to be quite busy these days

Just one more question: Did they ask if you wanted a copy of the data protection?! I don't understand what they mean... :?

i called them today and explained that i sent a letter requesting 6 yearsicon worth of charges and it came back saying that barclaycard does not provide customers with a list of charges as it is on the staements and if i want a copy of my own personell data then i need to send a payment of £10

i told them that i had sent them a cheque for £10 with the letter and he asked who i made it out to, i replied barclaycard and he said it looks as though they have used that to take a payment on my barclaycard account

the person explained that i need to write and request the charges to
    dept lrc
    data protection team
    barclaycard
    1234 pavillion drive
    northants
    nn4 7sg

    tel - 01604 254663

any advise on what i should do in regards to this £10 that they have used for my account rather than my payment for the charges ??

Hmm, I think I read about this happening before, but to be honest I don't know what they did about it...
    Maybe someone else can help!
    (Sorry!)
It must be somewhere in this Barclaycards thread...

yes just seen a thread on page 3 saying that barclaycard are renouned for cashing the cheque as payment to barclaycard rather than using it for a fee, although it does not say what you can do to stop it

i suppose i can only call and complain about this as they have used my money for the wrong payment

will wait until tomorrow to see if anyone else posts advise on this before hand
