Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hi, I'm new to the site and am looking forward to using the information to get back the money the Abbey has "stolen" from my sons account. His biggest expenditure seems to be bank charges and all because the Abbey seem to deliberately allow him to overdraw. They also charge different amounts for the same offence...perhaps this is a Spanish practise.....
I look forward to posting up a successful outcome and hope the bank only see sense on the day we have to go to court!!!!!
