hi.. im new to this site i have ALOT of charges from Natwest so 2years ago i took out a loan and paid off my overdraft and charge's, just wondering if it is too late to put a claim in to claim all the charges back they put on top of my overdraft?... i was on income support benefit at the time(i was pregnant) when they give me £1200.00 overdraft!!! they are soo stupid to give me 1 at that time i must say i shouldnt of took an overdraft out when i was only gettin £45 a week...but we all learn from our mistakes dont we!?... so does any1 think i b able to claim anything back now? thanks laura xx
