    Default Abbey's New increased bank charges!

    a direct debiticon come out of my Abbeyicon account one charge is for
    overdrawn which is twenty pounds the other is my direct debit charge thirty pounds. Now its fifty pounds charge for Abbey National, it used to be thirty last year. Is that fair going up twenty pounds.
    also i want to make a complaint about it how to i do this and i am completly new to this site.
    Please help
