what an amazing thread, hat off to you AA for not backing down.
I have a question, I had an RBS loan with PPI and unfortunatley due to circumstance I have defaulted on the loan registering a default on my credit file. I am currently paying an installment fee to a DCA on a monthly basis.
Suppose my question is simple. If mis-sold PPI is attached to the same loan, if the PPI is invalid, do you think it would be possible to revoke all claim against the outstanding debt and where possible get the default removed?
Not sure of the legalities at all, can a single credit agreement be only partially invalid?
hi,if you belive that the PPI has been mis-sold ,then claim it back it does not make the loan invalid. any refund of the mis-sold ppi on your loan would help in lowering the outstanding balance on the loan.
