Hello this is my second car with bct i got it 2008 got made redundant march 2009 was told to phone cardiff pinnacle which i did they sent a form out sent it back june came bct told me i was in arrears told the i sent claims form off. Called pinnacle they not got it so they sent another did same sent it off in the first week of a new job first i had since made redundant bct repossed the car said they had not got any payments off pinnacle so after some heated words between both companys sent another for off they got this one suprise suprise by the way lost my job dew to no transport for work thanks bct. anyway they said it will not be put through the auctoins till it had been sorted out only thing is auctions thought different and sold it didnt let bct know i only knew when i recieved a letter from dvla saying soeone is trying to register it so they offered me one they said they were going to buy through the auctions i having no cut and shut car anyway an adjudicator fro onbudsman as told me today its my fault ???????????? bct want me to pay them £9000 for a car i have not got dew to there fault help b4 i top myself lol
