hello . i used experian to find out details on my report as usual they give you 1 months free trial but pay up front for the following month if you do not cancell. my wife had a credit card statement come through and experian were taking the monthly premium off the credit card. the mistake was my wifes for not cancelling with experian, but are they aloud to just take three premiums from a credit card as a direct debiticon was not set up please help

    Hello there Daz1968,

You had better check the terms and conditionsicon stated in the free trial first, it does seem like alot of premium payments in one go.

Have you or your wife cancelled the contract yet?

So, check the t's and c's, cancell the contract and request a refund from Experian, hopefully that will be all.

    Good Luck and please up-date

    Kind Regards

    The Mould
